We specialize in practical self-defense that relies on verbal, physical, and emotional strategies. In our workshops and classes students learn how to protect themselves from potentially dangerous situations in a safe and supportive environment. We provide training in basic self defense skills, including awareness, de-escalation, boundary setting, fighting techniques, and access to resources for survivors of violence or abuse. We serve all populations including women, teens, girls, LBGTQ, deaf, men, seniors, and the homeless.
