Join Seven Star for a friends and family self defense class. This class is open to everyone (age 13+). We are LGBTQIA+ friendly. Feel strong. Feel empowered. Learn valuable self defense skills. Kick, punch, yell and fight with us! This class will be taught by Seven Star teachers and students.

You are worth defending. We are worth defending. In community we stand stronger, together. Since our founding in 1981, our mission has focused on giving power to gender marginalized individuals. We will do the work to prevent hate and harassment while empowering our communities to stand up for themselves and others who will be most impacted in the coming years. It's up to all of us to take care of each other.
