Tyler is organizing this self-defense class for Neon Brass Party and friends. (Tyler is a member of Neon and also trains/teaches at Seven Star -- please reach out to them with questions.) Feel free to invite members of other bands, friends, or family members (age 13 or older) to register. Seven Star is LGBTQIA+ friendly. Also, Seven Star is a nonprofit and offering a sliding scale for this class (please pay what you can).

Feel strong. Feel empowered. Learn valuable self-defense skills. Kick, punch, yell, and fight with us! You are worth defending.

In community we stand stronger, together. Since our founding in 1981, our mission has focused on giving power to gender-marginalized individuals. We will do the work to prevent hate and harassment while empowering our communities to stand up for themselves and others who will be most impacted in the coming years. It's up to all of us to take care of each other.
